Kalyan Jagnani is a Chartered Accountant, Forensic Auditor, Concurrent Auditor, Cost & Works Accountant, Company Secretary, and B. Com (Honors). Secured All India Rank 3 in ICWA final exams. Pursued Situational Leadership, an Executive Education Program, from IIM Ahmedabad.

CA SHIVKUMAR K Y

Co-founder

CA Shivkumar K Y, Co-founder, is a qualified Chartered Accountant who also holds a Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, UK. He has considerable experience across the spheres of Finance, on account of his experience with multiple sectors including manufacturing, services and venture capitalists. He has co-founded KNEX and has been a guide to multiple entrepreneurs, both small and large. Shivkumar brings his expertise in Credit, Analytics, Risk assessment and overall financial hygiene, playing a key role in advising and raising Funds for Corporates. He also carries experience in Strategy and Financial Compliance and is a strong advocate of sustainable business growth.

ARUN MALAJETTY

Managing Director

Holds an MBA degree from one of the most prestigious institutes of India IIM Ahmedabad. Completed B.Sc. with honours in Mathematics and was ranked 1st in Mathematics batch. Also pursued MBA in finance from Maharishi University of Management, USA and secured 1st rank in finance batch.
